Laundry Storage

Laundry runs more smoothly when textiles have a clear place to go as soon as they leave a guest room. Laundry Storage at Direct Hotel Supplies covers the steps between collection and washing, with baskets for room-level gathering, divided hampers for sorting and wheeled carts for movement through the property. Hotels and serviced apartments can build a linen-handling setup around their room layout and laundry area, choosing pieces that make repeated collection easier for staff.

Collect where linen is used

Foldable canvas, mesh and patterned-fabric hampers offer places to gather clothes or towels without keeping a rigid basket in the way all day. A wall-mounted folding basket uses a different location, while bamboo and cotton-rope designs can sit more comfortably in a visible guest or shared area. Carry handles and removable inner bags appear on selected designs, allowing the filled container to be lifted or emptied in different ways.

Sort and move the load

Multi-section sorters keep textile groups apart before washing; versions with removable liners let staff move the contents without carrying the entire frame. Wheeled baskets and folding linen carts are useful for collecting across several rooms, and a housekeeping trolley with a linen bag adds another service-route option. Drawstring laundry bags suit smaller separated loads. The choice between carrying, rolling and sorting changes with the distance to the laundry and the volume handled at each stop.
