Pots & Pans

The range of meals a hotel kitchen prepares calls for more than one pan shape. Pots & Pans at Direct Hotel Supplies brings together everyday cookware sets with frying pans, a wok, fryer pots and vessels for specific dishes. It lets a breakfast or restaurant team build from the cooking they do most often, then add a specialised piece when the menu calls for it. The aim is a useful combination on the hob, not a set chosen only for its piece count.

Build the main cookware selection

Multi-piece cookware sets provide matching pots and pans, while individual stainless-steel, non-stick and cast-iron frying pans offer different surfaces and forms. The steel wok is another shape for food that needs to be moved around a broad cooking base. Decide which dishes are prepared daily and which vessel gives the kitchen the room and control those dishes need.

Add vessels for particular methods

Fryer pots with baskets address immersion frying; the chocolate double boiler has pouring lips for heated mixtures. A charcoal hot pot vessel and a hinged double-sided frying pan serve other, more specific routines, while a round steak cover belongs with cooking or holding food on a hot surface. Replacement lid knobs are parts for compatible cookware, separate from the pots themselves. This range of formats allows a buyer to fill genuine gaps rather than duplicate the same pan.
