Shipping Destinations
Australia Only: We currently only sell and ship to addresses within Australia.
We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer two shipping options for our Australian customers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Processing & Dispatch
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Dispatch Location: Orders are shipped from our warehouse at 19 Berry St, Clyde, NSW, 2142, Australia.
3. Our Carriers
To provide the most reliable service, we partner with leading Australian couriers, including:

- Sendle / PFL Logistics
- CouriersPlease
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. In-store Pickup
Pickup Location: 19 Berry St, Clyde, NSW, 2142, Australia
5. Damages & Missing Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if the tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team immediately at support@directhotelsupplies.com.au. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
