We confirm the expected lead time and quote terms. Lead time is commonly 2–3 months, depending on the order. A 50% deposit is required after acceptance.

Why should I sign in?
Signing in lets us prefill your customer details and keeps the completed purchase in your normal Shopify order history.
Which products can I add?
Products in the Hotel Featured Products collection have an Add to Quote button. Other products continue through the normal cart and checkout.
Can I request more than the current stock?
Yes. Enter the full quantity you intend to purchase. The quote request is not limited by live inventory; we confirm stock, sourcing or production arrangements in the quote.
How long will a bulk order take?
Many larger orders require approximately 2–3 months. The actual lead time depends on the products, quantities, production and delivery, and is confirmed in the written quote.
How does payment work?
After you accept the final quote, a 50% deposit is required to begin the order. The quote confirms the deposit method and when the remaining balance is due.
What happens after I accept?
The accepted quote opens a secure Shopify invoice and payment link. After checkout, the purchase appears in your normal order history.
