Basketball bottle openers remove crown caps from beer and soft drink bottles while collecting the loose caps underneath. A small net below the opener provides a place for caps to land, reducing the need to pick them up from the counter. The wooden backboard and metal opening head suit hotel bars, motel refreshment areas and staff pantries. A basketball pattern and miniature hoop give this functional opener a recognisable sports-themed finish.
