The raised shelf edge surrounds toiletries or other small items, while the open rail end lets a paper roll slide into place. Its black finish and wall mounted construction suit hotels, motels, serviced apartments, and guest bathrooms, with one holder supplied and the pictured phone, paper and toiletries excluded.
